I am having a rather hard time at the moment with losing weight!! I’m not HUGE but I am size 12, and ideally want to lose the extra baggage. I’m only 20 years old so want to change my habits now for the future! The trouble is I am limited to foods that I can have, I have an extremely bad Anaphylactic allergy to all nuts, even a trace…so have to check every single Item I eat. Also For the last year or so I have become allergic to all raw fruits and vegetables :( so have to cook it before I eat it…..cooked strawberries are NOT so nice! I was just wondering if there are any other foods I can head towards, I do eat healthily, alot of greens, all ho,me cooked from scratch…never eat chips and all that junk lol. So I do actually eat rather healthy….but I fear I am going wrong somewhere or other as I just dont seem to be losing the weight!! I have also been diagnosed with depression about 5 months ago…alot of this is caused by me hating the way I look. I really NEED/WANT to change it. I do try and exercise each week roughly 5 days, for 30 minutes.
What else can I do, im a bit fed up of it! Also I am starving at the moment, but dont want to eat cos I dont want to put any more weight on!! Is it ok to eat alot of healthy food, or do you still need to watch it?
