Cenestra Health Announces Granting of Broad Patent Covering Proprietary Bioactive Lipid Formulations
Cenestra Health announces that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (the "USPTO") has issued a new U.S. patent, No. 8,071,646 (the “’646 patent”), that protects and provides Cenestra with exclusivity for highly pure formulations of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in ratios ranging from about 3.5:1 to about 5:1.
