NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Robert J. Nelson of Lieff Cabraser announced today that Nancy and Daniel Murtha of New York filed a lawsuit against Toyota Motor Corporation for the wrongful death of their five-year-old son Jacob.
